Bike Guest Experience Assistant & Shuttle Driver

Wildfinder is an outdoor adventure company, running tours and gear hire that gets people into mountain biking, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, bush walks and even white water rafting. We’re after an awesome guest experience assistant, who can also jump on the tools and service bikes or get behind the wheel of our shuttle vans and drive guests around the trails. This is a largely weekend-based part-time position, with more mid-week hours available throughout holiday periods.

On a typical day you'll be the face of Wildfinder at either our Kaitoke or Pencarrow locations, interacting with our guests and helping them to have an awesome time. Between guests, you'll be helping to keep the bike fleet running (prior bike mechanic experience or knowledge required) and/or driving the shuttle vans (full licence for 2 years required). If you love people and bikes, we should talk!

It's a busy job, and if you’re the right person that’ll be something you thrive on. It's also a varied role, with 2 different fixed locations you could be working out of (or out on the road in one of our shuttle vans), with a mix of weekend & occasional weekday work. It would be the perfect fit for a keen mountain biking student. Our team prides itself on being inclusive and positive, and that coupled with our clients generally being a stoked bunch that are having awesome adventures, means there’s a great vibe around the place. It’s definitely not your typical job, and if you’re anything like us, you’ll think that’s a great thing.
